In case your company changes personal identification information of the legal representative of the enterprise (ID number, date of issue, place of issue, permanent residence and current residence) without changing Legal representative of the enterprise, your company informs according to the form Appendix II-5 issued together with Circular No. 02/2019 / TT-BKHDT amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 20 / 2015 / TT-BKHDT dated December 1, 2015, guidance on business registration takes effect from March 11, 2019, accompanied by a valid copy of personal identification after the change.
