The order and procedures for registration of business suspension are specified in Clause 3, Article 57 of the Government's Decree No. 78/2015 / ND-CP dated September 14, 2015 on enterprise registration:" When an enterprise suspends its operation, the notification must be enclosed with the decision and legitimate copy of the minutes of meeting of the Board of members (if the enterprise is a multi-member limited liability company), the company’s owner (if the enterprise is a single-member limited liability company), the Board of Directors (if the enterprise is a joint-stock company), or general partners (if the company is a partnership)."
Dossier for business suspension registration is sent to the Business Registration Office where the enterprise registered its operation, and at least 15 days before the business is suspended before the notification deadline specified in Clause 2, Article 57 of the Decree. Decree No. 78/2015 / ND-CP dated September 14, 2015 of the Government on enterprise registration.
