My parents needs to send my prescription medication from South Africa, as I cannot find it here in Vietnam. I have been using it for 8years, so unfortunately I can not change the medication. What procedure do I need to do to get my medication?

Pursuant to the provisions of Point d, Clause 4, Article 92 of the Government's Decree No. 54/2017 / ND-CP dated May 8, 2017 detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Law on Pharmacy No. 105 / 2016 / QH13 dated April 6, 2016, details below:
“Article 92. Provisions on specialized papers that pharmacy business establishments, organizations and individuals need to present and submit upon customs clearance for export and import of drugs and medicinal ingredients
4. Customs clearance for import of drugs and medicinal ingredients without a certificate of free sale in Vietnam, except for herbal ingredients:
d) Submit a copy of the prescription, outpatient medical record book certified or signed by the person on entry, or a copy stamped by the importer with the quantity of imported drugs in one of the schools. following:
Not exceeding 7 days for addictive drugs or 10 days for psychotropic drugs or precursors according to the dosage indicated in the enclosed prescription;
Imported drugs are not narcotic drugs, psychotropic drugs, precursors, with a total customs value of not more than 200 (two hundred) USD (calculated at the interbank rate at the time of customs clearance) 01 The maximum number of times and the number of times of receiving drugs must not exceed 3 times a year for 1 organization or individual. In case of drugs used for patients on the List of dangerous diseases specified in the Government's Decree No. 134/2016 / ND-CP dated September 1, 2016, detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Law export tax, import tax, medicine with a total customs value not exceeding 10,000,000 (ten million) VND 01 time and the maximum number of times of receiving drugs does not exceed 04 times per year for an individual.
