1. In cases where the enterprise has not yet registered the lines of wholesale / retail of sugar and mask, it is necessary to register additional trades at the business registration office before carrying out export activities.
Components of an application for additional registration in accordance with Article 49 of Decree No. 78/2015 / ND-CP include:
+ Notice of changes in business registration contents (in the form of Appendix II-1 No. 20/2019 / TT-BKHDT).
+ Decision and valid copy of the meeting minutes of the Members' Council, for a limited liability company with two or more members, of the General Meeting of Shareholders, for a joint-stock company; Decision of the owner on the addition of the business line. The decision and meeting minutes must clearly state the changed contents in the company's charter.
When applying for additional business lines, the enterprise shall select a level-four economic sector in the system of economic sectors of Vietnam (according to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 27/2018 / QD-TTg) to write in Notice of changes in business registration content.
