Answer:
1. An enterprise may change its company name concurrently with the change of its legal representative.
2. Enterprise dossier includes:
- Notice according to the form of Appendix II-1, Circular No. 20/2015 / TT-BKHDT;
- Decision of the Owner on the change (recording the amendment of the terms in the Charter);
- Copy of ID card or valid passport of the new legal representative.
- If sending the person to submit to submit a proxy document and valid copy of ID card;
- The enterprise registration fee is 200,000 VND if the enterprise chooses the online registration form, it will be exempt from the registration fee (address htpp: //dangkykinhdoanh.gov.vn).
