Answer:
- Dossiers, order and procedures for changing an enterprise name comply with Article 41 of Decree No. 78/2015 / ND-CP on enterprise registration.:
1.In case of change of name, an enterprise shall send a notice to the Business Registration Office where the Certificate of Enterprise registration has been issued to it. The content of the notice includes:
a) Current name, enterprise identification number, tax code or business registration number (if the enterprise does not have an enterprise code or tax code);
b) The name is expected to change;
c) Full name and signature of the legal representative of the enterprise.
The Notice must be enclosed with the Decision and a valid copy of the meeting minutes of the Members' Council, for a limited liability company with two or more members, of the General Meeting of Shareholders, for a joint-stock company, and of other general partners, for partnerships; Decision of the company owner in respect of a one-member limited liability company. The decision and minutes of meeting must clearly state the revised contents of the company's charter.
2. Upon receipt of the notice, the Business Registration Office shall hand over a receipt, check the validity of the dossier and issue an enterprise registration certificate to the enterprise if its intended name does not contravene regulations on name the business.
