After completing the application for changing the name of the company, an enterprise can register to terminate the operation of the representative office
- Dossiers, order and procedures for changing the name of the enterprise comply with Article 41. Decree 78/2015 / ND-CP on enterprise registration.
- Dossiers, order and procedures for termination of operation and representative rooms are specified in Article 60 of Decree 78/2015 / ND- CP and Article 206 of the Law on Enterprises 2014.
